Lead Teacher-VA

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and executing developmentally appropriate lessons to support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of children. They must maintain a safe, structured learning environment while communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Applicants must also be first aid/Cpr trained and possess strong organizational and relationship-Building skills.
