Special Education Teacher, [EMOTIONAL BEHAVIOR SUPPORT]

The teacher will coordinate and provide direct instructional programs for special education students, including the development and implementation of individual education programs (Ieps). They are responsible for monitoring student progress, maintaining a safe learning environment, and collaborating with the school team to address student needs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is also required, with preferred certifications in first aid, cpr, and crisis prevention and intervention (Cpi).
