Childcare Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing age-Appropriate curricula to promote child development while maintaining a safe and clean learning environment. They also provide direction to classroom staff and foster positive relationships with families.

Candidates must possess a cda or a degree in early childhood education and meet all state licensing requirements. The role requires knowledge of child care regulations and the ability to obtain cpr and fire safety certifications.
