Job description

  • The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking part time swim instructor assistants to assist the swim instructors in planning and implementing swim lessons.
  • We are looking for candidates with open availability.
  • This part time position starts at $13 per hour.
  • DUTIES of a Swim Instructor Assistant Applicants should be enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts with a variety of ages.
  • QUALIFICATIONS of a Swim Instructor Assistant Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are desired but not required.
  • Current YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, or Ellis and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor or WSI certifications are preferred but not necessary.
