Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) / Program Supervisor

Program supervisors deliver play-Based, evidence-Based aba therapy to support children with autism. They also train and mentor behavior therapists and caregivers while collaborating with a bcba on assessments and treatment planning.

Candidates must hold a laba certification and have a bachelor's degree. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities using aba principles is required.
