Job Description

Assist with providing guidance on scholarship rubrics to all Price College divisions for selections on their scholarships. Assist to liaison between Price College and the OU Scholarship Office on scholarship selections, funding inquiries, scholarship requests, scholarship disbursements, and any processing issues. Assist with organizing preparations of the College-Wide Scholarship Selection Committee. Pulling and organizing student data from the CASH application system. Collecting internal student lists and information for specific scholarship eligibility. Importing all information gathered into Access, the database that will be used in the scholarship selection meeting. Organize selections, networking opportunities, and programming of the Leo Mingee and Lauren Von Mingee First-Generation Business Scholars Fund and the Rath Scholars. Meet and communicate by email with students who are seeking scholarship assistance and providing guidance on where to inquire about additional resources.Compile student impact statements, thank you messages, and reflections to include in donor communications.Coordinate with students to collect photos or additional materials requested for donor reports.Collaborate with development or advancement staff to ensure all reporting pieces match donor intent and university standards.
