Play Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pickleball Instructor to lead programming for residents at Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch. We are looking for an instructor who can help develop a vibrant pickleball program that includes instructional clinics, organized leagues, and open play coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching players of all skill levels while fostering a fun, social, and welcoming court environment. Program Offerings May Include Beginner Pickleball Clinics (rules, fundamentals, scoring) Intermediate Skill Development Classes Drills & Strategy Sessions Organized Pickleball Leagues Round Robins and Social Play Events Open Play Coordination Programs should be designed to support beginners while helping more experienced players continue to improve their game. Compensation $40 per hour for clinics, leagues, and organized programming 60/40 revenue split for private pickleball lessons (Instructor receives 60% of the private lesson fee) Private lessons may be arranged directly with residents and scheduled based on availability. Key Responsibilities Lead engaging and instructional pickleball clinics and classes. Organize and manage community pickleball leagues and round robins. Coordinate and oversee open play sessions to ensure fair and inclusive participation. Teach proper technique, game strategy, and court etiquette. Create a welcoming and fun environment for players of all skill levels. Communicate with the Play Academy team regarding schedules, participation, and program feedback.
