Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW)

The early intervention social worker conducts developmental assessments and collaborates with families to create and implement individualized service plans. They provide direct home and community-Based coaching to support child development and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and the appropriate licensure as defined by early intervention standards. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks in various home environments are required.
