Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will conduct developmental assessments and provide home-Based intervention services to children aged birth to three years. They will collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized family service plans while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and the appropriate licensure for early intervention services. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel extensively to home and community settings are required.
