  • Responsibilities: Maintain respectful, engaged, and reinforcing conduct with call clients, families, and staff Ensure all curriculum for the following week is completed prior to EOD, Fridays Complete weekly and monthly academic assessments and ensure IEP and goals are implemented within the given timeline Ensure student-specific schedules are input into Central Reach and easily accessible Complete weekly visual analysis of IEP based program graphs, mastering targets, moving targets along, phase changes in graphs, updating datasheets, and updating maintenance Work with each TEA student as assigned, accurately running programs and Behavior Intervention Plans as written Meticulously write monthly progress reports for caseloads and complete report cards by deadlines Write individualized programs for teaching IEP goals Support company policies by reporting witnessed policy violations Provide in-the-moment feedback to frontline regarding programming Actively participate in classroom routine, M-F, 9am-3pm and document contact time with each student in Central Reach Close department per rotating schedule, ensuring Frontline/Paras are tasked with responsibilities and remain productive Host monthly staff trainings on caseload Protect client’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, medical, and financial information per HIPAA Perform other duties as assigned **Physical demands of clinical staff fall within a Medium Classification.
