We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Paraprofessional to join our team and provide direct support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ABA Paraprofessional will work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other supervisory staff to implement individualized behavior plans, provide behavioral interventions, and promote positive social, academic, and emotional growth for students. This role involves direct interaction with students in both classroom and community settings, helping to facilitate learning and support their development.
