Assistant Esports Coach - Overwatch (Part-time)

The assistant esports coach will manage the overwatch program by overseeing practices, matches, and team events while providing constructive feedback to student-Athletes. They will also collaborate with the head coach to monitor academic progress and support the spiritual and personal development of team members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have prior experience in coaching overwatch, including recruiting and equipment management. A strong christian commitment and adherence to the wesleyan church lifestyle standards are required for this position.
