- What You Will Do - Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals What We Need From You - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required LBA (NY OR NJ) Who You Are - Detail-oriented & highly organized Communicative & collaborative Committed to purposeful care Ambition to grow with the company
