Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One in-Home aba therapy to children, helping them reach developmental milestones. They are also responsible for collecting and recording behavioral data and attending regular team meetings.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and experience working with children, preferably those with special needs. A valid cpr certification is required, and the role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining various postures.
