Compensation, Schedule & Incentives • Pay Range

• $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time
• Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to
• Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

• Hiring Bonus
• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

• Additional Pay Incentives
• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

• Wednesday - Sunday 8am-4pm or Saturday -
• Wednesday 8am-4pm or
• Fri
• Sunday for 4pm - 10pm

• Hiring In: Cayucos, Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, and Morro Bay
