Elementary School: Teaching Fellow - Boston (2026-2027)

Teaching fellows co-Teach lessons alongside lead teachers while fostering a positive, safe, and identity-Affirming classroom environment. They are responsible for analyzing student data to inform instruction and maintaining strong communication with families to support student growth.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a deep alignment with the school's mission and values. Prior experience working with children is encouraged, and applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
