Childcare Substitute – Before & After School

The childcare substitute is responsible for leading engaging activities and ensuring program compliance with state regulations and company policies. They also manage daily operational tasks, including attendance tracking and maintaining consistent communication with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should have experience working with children, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be physically capable of performing childcare duties.
