Community Case Worker

The case manager will provide family-Centered services to address barriers to school attendance and promote academic success. They will collaborate with school personnel and community partners to implement evidence-Informed interventions in various settings.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services discipline. A minimum of one year of experience working with children and families in mental or behavioral health is required.
