Core responsibilities
The teacher assistant implements individualized education plan (Iep) goals and behavior support strategies for students in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. They are also responsible for collecting progress data and supporting students during community-Based learning activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proficiency in spoken and written english and the ability to pass background checks are mandatory.
