Employment Coach

The employment coach assists individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining community employment through job placement planning and readiness training. They provide on-Site support, facilitate interviews, and maintain ongoing communication with employers and support teams.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, plus either a bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience or two years of experience in a behavioral health setting. A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are required, along with basic to advanced american sign language skills.
