26/27 Teacher Assistant Mary Phalen Leadership

The teacher assistant will support certified teachers by implementing differentiation plans, providing small group instruction, and assisting with one-On-One tutoring. They are also responsible for supervising students in various school settings and performing administrative tasks to support classroom operations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for working with students in under-Served communities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan activities that stimulate student growth are required, with prior experience in small group instruction preferred.
