Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and facilitating individual or small-Group learning activities. They also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, beautiful environment and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
