ABA Clinical Supervisor

The case supervisor oversees the delivery of aba therapy, manages behavior technicians, and monitors client progress through data analysis and field visits. They also provide parent training and ensure that treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and adjusted as necessary.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba, psychology, or a related field and have at least two years of experience in aba. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and health screenings are required.
