Severe Needs Teacher - Horizon Community Middle School

Develop and implement individualized instructional programs to support students with affective and severe needs in various classroom settings. Collaborate with staff and families to monitor student progress, manage classroom behavior, and ensure academic and emotional growth.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid colorado department of education teaching license with a special education endorsement. A minimum of three years of professional certified teaching experience is required.
