ParaEducator

The paraeducator provides direct care, behavior management, and educational support to students within a therapeutic milieu. They are responsible for documenting client progress, facilitating therapeutic groups, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working with children in a milieu-Based program and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. Certifications in cpr, first aid, and tci are required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting over 45 pounds.
