Childwatch Assistant

The childwatch assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and fun environment for children in the program. They must ensure proper staff-To-Child ratios, maintain attendance records, and serve as a positive role model by upholding ymca core values.

Candidates should have good communication skills and experience working with children in a supervised setting is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as knowledge of child safety and health procedures.
