The High School Math Teacher will develop and implement high-quality, culturally responsive mathematics instruction to maximize student learning. They will also build strong relationships with students and families while using data to monitor progress and drive instructional improvements.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and hold or be on a path to a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. Prior high school classroom experience is highly preferred, along with a strong commitment to the school's mission and student achievement.

The High School Math Teacher will develop and maintain high-quality academic-focused instruction for all students. To achieve this, the teacher will utilize a high-quality curriculum, implement strong instructional practices, culturally responsive teaching practices, and effective classroom management skills. The High School Math Teacher will build strong and lasting relationships with students and families, identify and apply best practices in instruction and student achievement, and continuously implement feedback and seek growth.
