Core responsibilities
Implement individualized aba therapy plans and deliver one-On-One interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Collect and record data to measure client progress while collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma and completion of a 40-Hour rbt training course. Active rbt certification is preferred, and candidates should have a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
