The therapist develops, conducts, and oversees mental health or behavior analytic services according to state licensing and best practice standards, which includes determining goals, developing treatment plans, and conducting various forms of therapy. Responsibilities also involve extensive documentation, regular communication with staff and external parties, crisis response, and ensuring adherence to all organizational policies and client rights.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in a related field and hold a current license to practice therapy in utah, as defined by the department of professional licensing (Dopl).
