Virtual Case Manager (CT State Certified)

The virtual case manager will oversee a caseload of ieps and 504 plans while delivering virtual instruction to students. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, tracking student performance, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Candidates must hold a valid connecticut teacher certification in special education and possess a bachelor's degree. Applicants must also have access to a computer, webcam, and reliable internet to perform remote duties.
