Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will lead the behavioral team in developing and implementing high-Impact behavior treatment plans within a specialized needs unit. They are responsible for conducting behavioral analyses, supervising registered behavior technicians, and providing training to families and staff.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work, aba, or a related field and possess a valid bcba certification. A minimum of one year of experience in delivering evidence-Based behavior analysis treatments is required.
