Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician provides one-On-One support to children with autism or developmental delays by implementing behavior intervention plans. They are responsible for facilitating play-Based activities to build social and communication skills while accurately recording progress data.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and possess a high school diploma. A 40-Hour rbt training course must be completed prior to the start date, and candidates must obtain rbt certification within six months of employment.
