Core responsibilities
You will provide one-On-One behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays by implementing intervention plans designed by bcbas. Responsibilities include conducting structured play-Based activities, recording data on client progress, and communicating regularly with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and must complete a 40-Hour rbt training course prior to employment. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain rbt certification within 6 months are also required.
