Bilingual Peer Specialist (English/Spanish)

The bilingual peer specialist serves as a role model and informal counselor for transitional age youth, facilitating group activities and providing guidance on mental health and independent living. They collaborate with service teams to assist clients in achieving educational, employment, and housing goals while maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must have personal experience with the foster care, mental health, or juvenile justice systems and be fluent in both spanish and english. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree preferred, along with a valid california driver's license.
