Family Resources Coordinator

The family resources coordinator provides support and service coordination for children with identified delays through the esit program. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting home visits, and connecting families with community resources.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in social services or early intervention and possess a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with current cpr and first aid certifications.
