School Guidance Counselor - Elementary

The counselor provides culturally appropriate academic and personal counseling to students while monitoring academic progress and transcripts. They also facilitate a career center and collaborate with school staff to support student success and community engagement.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology, education, or social work and possess a washington state teaching certificate. At least four years of school counseling experience and three years of experience working with youth in a native community are required.
