Core responsibilities
The college & career counselor will develop and execute a comprehensive counseling program to support student academic development, career pathway planning, and post-Secondary goals. They will also collaborate with school staff to monitor student progress, manage career-Related programs, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active tennessee school counseling license and have a minimum of 3 years of school counseling experience. A master’s degree in counselor education is preferred, along with proficiency in career pathways and cte-Focused school settings.
