About the Role

Join The Learning Tree as a Full-Time Co-Lead Toddler Teacher, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are seeking passionate early childhood educators who are excited to inspire and support one years old children as they explore and learn through play.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with your co-lead teacher to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a strong community. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and educational standards. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Support children in developing independence and self-regulation skills.

Requirements

EDU119 or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Creative and resourceful approach to teaching and problem-solving.
