Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging interactions. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Monitor and document children's progress and behavior. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for education and a nurturing demeanor.
