Clinical Professional Development Specialist (3 West & 4 Main) UPMC Shadyside

The clinical professional development specialist provides hands-On education and mentorship to nursing staff on orthopedic and oncology units. They are responsible for unit-Based onboarding, clinical skill development, and supporting key patient experience initiatives.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Relevant teaching experience and active bls/Cpr certification are required or preferred.
