Clinical Professional Development Specialist

The clinical professional development specialist is responsible for delivering orientation and ongoing clinical education to ensure high-Quality, patient-Centered care. This role provides direct support, mentorship, and coaching to frontline staff to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree (Bsn preferred) and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Additional requirements include relevant certifications such as cpr, bls, and specific state clearances.
