Clinical Professional Development Specialist (OR) UPMC Shadyside

The clinical professional development specialist provides hands-On education and support to nursing staff within the operating room. They are responsible for unit-Based onboarding, mentoring new staff, and facilitating clinical performance improvement initiatives.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with operating room experience highly preferred. Current bls or cpr certification is required within 30 days of hire.
