Core responsibilities

Provide recovery-Oriented activities and interventions to individuals with mental health or substance use conditions using a trauma-Informed approach. Collaborate with families, employers, and care coordinators to develop and implement measurable service plans that support educational, vocational, and community living goals.

Requirements summary

Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. Must possess a valid nys driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel across multiple counties.
