Early Childhood Floater

The floater is responsible for working across multiple classrooms to assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities and providing age-Appropriate care. They must maintain a safe, organized environment while observing children's development and communicating effectively with families.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift 30 lbs and maintain compliance with nys ocfs regulations.
