Behavior Technician - District

The behavior technician implements skill-Acquisition and behavior-Reduction plans developed by supervisors while providing coaching and modeling to special education staff. They are responsible for collecting student data and collaborating with school teams to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain crisis prevention institute (Cpi) certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds and frequent movement within a school setting.
