Case Manager, Community Services for Families (CSF) Program

The case manager provides in-Home, trauma-Informed parenting education and support services to at-Risk families referred by child and family well-Being. They are responsible for conducting intakes, assessments, and maintaining detailed case files while collaborating with team members to achieve family case plan goals.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, child development, psychology, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in social services or case management. Proficiency in english and spanish is preferred, and the role requires reliable transportation and the ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screenings.
