LRC Peer Academic Tutor in Writing Work Study

Peer academic tutors provide writing support to students across the curriculum to help them gain confidence and improve their writing abilities. They maintain a supportive, judgment-Free environment while coaching students to work independently and achieve their academic goals.

Applicants must be current flagler college students with a minimum 3.25 gpa and completion of specific writing and tutor training courses. Candidates should demonstrate patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
