Supported Employment & Education Spec (24447)

The specialist will provide treatment and support for the educational and employment needs of young adults enrolled in the ontrackny program. Responsibilities include engaging clients, conducting job development, and spending significant time in the community to assist with job searches and employer relations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in mental health or a related field and have at least one year of related experience. Additionally, applicants are required to have a new york state driver's license and experience working with adolescents or young adults with serious mental illness.
