SUMMER HOURS - Lead Youth Development Professional

The lead youth development professional is responsible for supervising students, facilitating academic and recreational activities, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. They must also manage classroom behavior, track attendance, and communicate effectively with families and staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working with at-Risk youth or families. A valid driver's license is required, and the individual must be at least 18 years of age.
