Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba to support children with autism. They teach communication, social, and daily living skills while managing interfering behaviors in a one-On-One setting.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants must also be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and obtaining necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
